General Information

 

Each year, Saint Margaret’s educates approximately 225 children from kindergarten through eighth grade. Elementary classes are led by a master teacher and assistants or volunteers,

covering all subjects in one classroom. Middle school students (5th through 8th) change classrooms throughout the day, meeting with different teachers by subject area. In addition to the core curriculum, the middle school students participate in interdisciplinary projects, service activities, and other high-school preparatory subjects (such as algebra and civics).

 

The curriculum of Saint Margaret Regional School is aligned with the Massachusetts state educational framework and guided by the principles of the Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Fall River. All teachers are certified by the state of Massachusetts.
